Biography	Tom R. Ramsey, III is a partner in the Knoxville law firm Ramsey Elmore & Stone PLLC, and concentrates his practice in Estate & Probate Administration, Estate Planning and Corporate law. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with honors in 1984 and his JD in 1989 from The University of Memphis. Mr. Ramsey is a current Fellow and Past-President of the Knoxville Bar Association and is a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Toms Foundation, Knoxville, Tennessee.
