Biography	Fiona F. Hill was born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and is a graduate of Oak Ridge High School. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Communications, after which she worked as a public information specialist for Science Applications International Corporation writing and editing technical publications for the Department of Energy. She received her J. D. degree in 1991 from the University of Tennessee. After graduating from law school she worked as the in-house senior staff attorney for the City of Oak Ridge where she managed the legal department and provided legal advice to the City Manager, twelve city departments, City Council, and City boards and commissions. While at the City of Oak Ridge she practiced municipal law, drafted and negotiated contracts, leases, deeds and easements, wrote and enforced city ordinances, provided annual training to the police department on changes to state and local laws affecting law enforcement, and regularly handled zoning and planning issues. Fiona joined Ramsey, Elmore & Stone, PLLC, in January 2008 where her practice emphasizes probate administration, contracts, real estate transactions, and entity organization. She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Fiona is married to David Hill and they are the parents of three children. She is a school volunteer and serves on the board of the Village Green Gators Swim Team where she provided the team legal advice and assistance in obtaining 501(c)(3) status as nonprofit tax exempt organization. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.
